1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rumadara’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These terms apply to all users, including participants whose memories are being preserved through the platform.

2. Service Description

Rumadara is a digital biography service that preserves family memories and personal stories. Through guided conversations via WhatsApp, we collect your photos, voice notes, and written stories, then professionally curate them into a lasting digital biography. Our service transforms scattered memories into a preserved, organized narrative for you and future generations.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of Rumadara, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and throughout the biography process.
• Share only appropriate content that you have the right to use. You must not submit content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
• Use the service for its intended purpose — preserving genuine personal and family memories.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all content you provide to Rumadara, including photos, voice recordings, stories, and other personal materials.

By using our service, you grant Rumadara a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and format your content solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your biography. We will never use your content for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than providing our service to you.

5. Payment & Refunds

Rumadara offers various service packages with different features and pricing tiers. All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Payment is required before the biography process begins, unless otherwise agreed upon.
• Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase if the biography process has not yet started.
• Once the biography process has commenced, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of completion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Rumadara’s service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to preserve your memories with the highest quality and care:

• We do not guarantee perpetual or indefinite storage of your content.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time:

• You may request account termination by contacting us at hello@rumadara.com.
• Upon termination, you may request an export of all your content before your data is permanently removed from our systems.
• Rumadara reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through the courts of Indonesia.
